Hello, My name is Celeste, owner of Golden Cloud Esthetics and your License Esthetician. As a Latina-owned business, I create a space where beauty, self-care and any culture can come together and be embraced. I believe skincare is not one-size-fits-all. Every service is tailored with intention, combining advanced treatments with a relaxing experience so you can feel confident in your skin. As a private 1:1 studio, every appointment is intentionally scheduled to give each client dedicated time and attention without feeling rushed. By working exclusively by appointment, I’m able to create a calm, peaceful environment where your comfort and skin goals come first. At Golden Cloud Esthetics we welcome you with love and care. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To help maintain a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking. Booking & Deposits A valid card and deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will go toward your service total. Cancellations & Reschedules Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 20% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please allow enough time for parking and arrival. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next appointment. Emergencies We understand unexpected situations happen and appreciate open communication whenever possible.
